We, known throughout Vietnam for food traditional and innovative cuisine, now offers special half-day cooking classes conducted by the restaurant’s executive sous chef. The day starts early for all participants. Cyslos leave the hotel at 8 am bound for Ben Thanh Market, where Chef advises his students how to hand-pick the freshest ingredients.

You have chance to bargain here, salers always give you a price, this is not much different after bargaining, however it is interesting to deal with. You take part in to cooking with Chef for your dishes. Lunch is served here. Do not forget to take pictures of cooking class for memory minutes.
