My Khe in Da Nang city has recently been selected by Australia as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Asia, said Deputy Director of the Da Nang Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Phuc Linh. The 900m-long My Khe beach is one of the most crowded beaches in Da Nang. The beach is a familiar destination to the local and foreign tourists because of its advantages in transportation, landscape and services. To attract tourists to My Khe beach, Da Nang city drew a programme, aiming to improve the quality of services and reinforce measures to protect the environment. Under the new programme, local authorities and people will clean the beach and maritime environment.
