1. RATE
Prices published on the internet are for land cost only and in US dollars per person.

Prices inclusion
• Accommodation with daily breakfast based on twin/double room.
• All meals as specified in each itineraries.
• Air-conditioned minibus/coach for transfers and transportation.
• English/Chinese speaking local guide.
•  Sightseeing admission fees, water puppet show, traditional musical and dance performance, elephant ride, pedicab (cyclo) tour, boat rides, train ticket as indicated in the programs.

Exclussion
• Drinks, meals unspecified.
• Visa stamping fee for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
• International airfares.
• Domestic airfares.
• Personal expenses.
• Tip & Other services not mentioned above
• Children 2-12 year old: charge 75% of adult

2/ PAYMENT
• Deposit: A deposit of 40% of total tour cost is required 30 days prior to arrival date in order to ensure reservations of accommodation and tour products. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification to you.

• Final payment: Final payment must be paid upon arrival. Vouchers will be issued before one week from the departure date.

• Final payment can be made by Cash/ or Travel cheque/ or Credit card (4% surcharge)

3/ CANCELLATION
• Cancellation 21 working days prior to arrival date: 10% of total tour cost.
• Cancellation 7 working days prior to arrival date: 40% of total tour cost.

4/ RESERVATION
All services can be booked through our head office in Hanoi.

5/ CONFIRMATIONS
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

6/ REDUCTIONS
For 15 full-fare travelers, the sixteenth is complimentary.
Children discount:
• Under 2 years: 10% of adult fare.
From 2 to 12 years: 25% of adult fare

7/ RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for any loss, injuries or damages sustained by the passengers. Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond our control must born by passengers
